if you want to mute something that will have like dual regen, high eis, str, dex, magic luck, or combinations of these then that charm would be nice. If you want to well and hope for high magic level item or high ee or other good stats that might be good for weapons or charms you can do that. If i was in your position and had to decide what to hold, i would keep my high level weapons and if i have a low armor one i would trash that for this and xfer it asap. what i'm saying isn't necessarily mean the best thing, just what i would do :S Hope this helps
