This confused me, I was like WTH? I don't even use paypal that often. So I looked closely at who sent the email....

This doesn't surprise me too much Jim.
I had gotten similar emails while I used paypal....

I've since removed all info from my paypal, emptied account, and closed it due to security reasons.
My email also had my LAST NAME, which sent me off the walls.
