Just found this, but on your guide it says 3 eis as max at lvl 10-14

You misread bro, Tier 5 (lvl 10) is capped at 5 EIS. Its so easy to do that, go by the Tier # and its a bit simpler.

I have a guy at lvl 69 atm (samurai) so will hit 71 very soon!!
I almost have a lvl 66 weller that stays at that lvl so if anyone is up for guild runs I would LOVE to join!!
