but b4 more advice i just looked thru ur chars and it looks like u could throw together a set of armors from what you already have, just use....

60ee bronze chain - on Quick
24 str 15 scale - on MasterQuestItems
28 dex 25 plate - on Dragoonac (honestly sell this 1)
29 str 20 plate - on MasterQuestItems
33 dex 25 chain - on MasterQuestItems
42 dex 45 plate - on Dragoonac

and you should be pretty set, you could look for a 50+ str or dex or 150+ Ee lvl 50-55 plate if that 45 isnt doing well enuf for you

Really you'd just need to buy a sword set(talk to blob in guild he just put together a good set with roughly same amount of fg)
and yes you'd need str charms, prly be fine if u just aim for like...

t3 - ~15 str
lvl 15-20 - 25+ str
lvl 35-55 - 40+ str
