i quit smoking about 5 years ago

i just ordered a free quitting smoking pack from the NHS (uk only) should be here in a week or two...

even comes with stress relief mp3 player, loaded with chillout music, then topping that theres craving buster stuff, and stress relief things, like to fidget with at work (i work in an office environment, perfect!)
