a quick question.with this gear on my mage u think it's best if i stay at 65 for mf?right now it's (60% win/40% lost) on well attempts.i'm afraid if i lvl to 71+ and can't upgrade my charm i'm not gonna kill at well.

maybe it's time to lvl rogue to start doing MQs and the normal items in the process i transfer to mage.

(i only play ladder slasher for 2 weeks =/ lol)

bat, I say get to MQ. You can mf at 71 if you want, and the wells get easier from there, since well mobs are capped. Just make sure you MQ before a reset (should be a while).
