Sounds cool. I always wanted to do something asymmetrical. Not sure it would look good on me though. If I cut my hair too short it looks like shit, and I look like a total dyke. I kind of wanted it short though. :/ I think if I go short next time, I'd probably have to make it a bit longer in the front to "frame my face."

Imo Layer it with light bangs. go for a golden/medium brown with a few highlights.
It will compliment your skin tone as well.
