hi gusy i need some help, some info.

my barb is still 46 because he is naked and i couldnt find gear for him

i have only a 39dez charm
i plan to get a 100-+ ee lvl 45 weapon
but i have no idea about the armor. clear stats 100vit40dex(80dex with charm)
so what kinda armor is the best for me?
