while soloing in arena .. didn't well 'cause i had some lags before .. but such hard lag spike just broke me the neck after some lvls wanted to stop at 40 .. never reached that lvl -.-

that sucked :/

also had it once with sammi, lv 49, gonna stop @ 50, last mob (!!!), lag death. (went in with %70 health - think it was before the 10 hits u're out but not sure - its not a fail safe method anyway!!)
