I have a quetion:
I heard that some lvls are better for mfing and transmuting than others, something about lvls 30+
Is it true? if so at what lvls should i mf / transmute stuff?

Yeah, generally the higher lvl you are, the better results you get from mfing/transmuting. Lvls 45+ are best

nope that's true. People do that at a lvl at which they have optimum items to kill monsters quickly over and over again, iirc.
