Internship should be more fun Imo.
And I dissagree, everyone has the chance, they just choose to take it or not

Most people aye, but certainly not everyone, for example: what if you're the provider of your family at a young age in uncertain time. You're working a job that pays the bills but you'd rather be let's say: teacher for example, but if you quit your job, you will immediately start to make debts and the chances of finding a job in a market that's overflooding with applicants is small. Basically you'd put your family and their stability in jeopardy if you would quit your job and pursue your wishes. I don't think that's really choice for most people.
Or what if you're a fugitive? Prosecuted for your beliefs, or simply because there's war. Or what if you have a serious condition/ilness that ties you to the bed or even a small impairment that prevents you from being let's say a dancer, fighter or whatever.
There are quite a few reasons I could think of that would prevent you from doing what you like best. I guess the only thing we can do is to take the opportunity to do the thing you'd like best in your situation and with your possibilities.
