Flourine and Flouride are 2 completely different things man. Trust me flouride is good for you. Dentists recommend it, its in mouth wash, it helps go in pores of your teeth to create a barrier between food particles getting in there and your nerve endings in this tooth which causes pain and discomfort. What do you think sensadyne has in it and 9/10 dentist recommend it? lol /rant
