Announcement: Lending Library Creation

I originally did not want to create a lending library for purposes of drama/commotion, but
I feel that the majority of members here I've already known for quite a bit and hence I will
be putting together one slowly but surely.

Weapons: I'll be getting swords because thats a weapon type that can be used by the first three classes other
than those that pass

Plates/Charms: These will be pure stat items since catacombs will be in play most of the time. To afford arena items
would be much to much for a universal "lending library." I think this will be beneficial to filling gaps in gear
that a few members have
