They are fickle...
I am assuming that this person is rating the price due to:
Life Per Attack
Mana Per Attack
Mana Per Kill

These additions DO add to the price of an item... even though they are only used for attacking characters... Hybrids.

those are tiny ass amount anyways not even worth looking at imo
who know what they were gonna charge they wouldnt even give me a price
