Okay just glad you understand where I am coming from.. this is your team man.. we all have the same agenda. What's best for the team and not yourself is what should happen here.
I make sacifices everyday or at least as often as I can for the guild. I just want to have everyone on that very same level.
These threads can be read publically... and when such negativity is posted from our team.. I catch feelings over it. It's not something that should be shared in our guild threads, though they should be private, they are not. There are many of well respected friends who read/post here. So please keep it real, and if you got any problems lets keep it private.
