O i see the prob now, a lvl 30 70 ee earth is not gunna do much for you, earth is decent, but even with mages, if your getting 70-100ee items you gotta change out every 5 lvls especially once you start getting around lvl 40 its really time to think aout some 135+ee charms, might be a good idea to upgrade your int items also to some 35+ weapon/armor.

Something you have to always mages are expensive, but u can usually get the fg back after you've passed the usefulness of the item and put it back on MP

NO. I'll keep an eye out for you. The armor is expensive, when i sold my lvl 50 48int armor it went for 900fg. U gotta watch the ls trade forums for that kinda stuff, you get better prices.
