So who's looking for some gold? (I feel like a pirate saying that...lol.)

Threesomes and I are going to be bringing characters to 71 to then do some guild only no-maze catacombs to look for some godly drops. Anyone else wanna join us? He's going to go hybrid and I'm going to go melee - that's what we've got so far. We'd like maybe two mages? If possible. Then one other melee with good damage. We'll be searching for amazing drops and then split the fg on anything great we get.

Let me (or him) know if you'd be down. I think it'll be really fun if we can get the characters together and find a time when we can all catacomb. Maybe we'll get lucky, too.

I guess i can get my mage to 71 and join you guys.

I'd need a better damage charm if i'm going damage though. May i suggest someone makes a guardian for healing?

Well that's the thing - I don't mind making any character, but it's all pretty expensive once you talk about casting in any capacity. I certainly wish I had known all this when I began - I've kinda pegged myself as melee and got myself backed into a corner with it...bah.

I'll look into it, see what I can figure out. We've certainly got a bit of time until we get enough people and then we all get to 71.

At a quick glance, i could equip a guard out with HM gear for about 100fg. the biggy would be the charm, but i need a new one for my weller anyways so i could simply spend 500-600fg on a half decent heal then xfer it between the 2 characters.

i got my pali or well mage i coudl use and im definitely interested in doing some 60+ no maze catas with guild

So what have we got atm?

Sara - Melee damage
Threesomes - Er, melee damage..?
Me - Heals
Heaolen - er?

If we're doing say, 4 wave games, 1 healer will probably be enough, especially if i can get hold of a decent heal charm. 2 melee damagers is good but at high levels, mages are far superior to melee in terms of damage. ofc we'd need a few tanks but if heolen and whoever else could go for damage on mages, that'd be a pretty decent group.

Maybe zex could do it? i know he has some insane gear on that mage

I'm pretty sure that threesomes said his hybrid was very good - I think he has good defense for it. And I have that chain mail that's pretty good, I usually fair pretty well in the front even when I'm the only one (I was the only one in the front doing catacombs last night and I didn't seem to have too much of a problem). A mage damager certainly wouldn't hurt. Plus, since he's going hybrid for this, threesomes will have a back up heal if needed for some reason. Heaolen could do some pretty good damage, it looks like. I think this could be pretty spectacular (although, again, will take some time until we can all get up to 71 and then get together at the same time).
