3 bedrooms, 2 baths, LR, DR, Family room. on 1.85 acres of pure countryside. No crackheads, no loud latino music at 4 am. Just nature at its best. It needs work, it's a foreclosure. But I don't mind... I can paint.

all my friends be welcome, when and if this goes through. as its a foreclosure (being sold as is), the burden of passing FHA inspection falls on me... any repairs (ie new roof, etc) have to be paid by me, and we are on a very limited timeline. So i gots my fingers crossed and I try to keep my panic attacks in check. too many things can go wrong at this point in time. if i weather the next week and a half safely, then all should be well. if not, then I don't get the home and I've pissed away $2k (NOT FG!!!).
