Actually most of them are from Midland, Texas.  One of the members is from Illinois, I believe.  They all moved to Austin to start the band.
I saw them open for The Flaming Lips a couple months ago at Red Rocks.  They are awesome.

yep i saw them with flaming lips in atlanta it was so awesome  i actually talked to them the other day on myspace "there kind of my favorite band" there so great oh man...yea mark is from chicago i think which would explain the direction of there band alot of post-rock from that area june of 44 "which is actually my old pastor's favorite band"  slint,rodan to name a few its very amazing..yea if you ever get bored check out the link under my sig that is my band.

I would like to do a major Christmas http://forums.d2jsp.org/images/gold3.gifFG give away. I'm looking for ideas, that will entice people to get to know our guild and us better.

An idea I have so far, is maybe have a Bible Verse fill in the blank, word search, or something.

Other ideas might be trivia of some sort.

Anyways, I'm open to ideas, I'd like to have a prototype in the works by November 16th, (that's two weeks from today). That way we can iron out the kinks and get it okayed by the mods and release it on December 1st.

Get those wheels turning and think of some ideas!
