Lvl 33 moving up slowly

For the love of God and all that is holy, I finally found something worth more than 15fg in LS (softcore, of course):

Level Req: 40
Spell Damage: 26 to 265
Mana Cost: 105

+110% Enhanced Effect
+2 Life Regen
+2% Damage Return
+1% Physical Damage Reduction
+26% Heal Mastery
+1% Power Shot
+1 Jubilance

...I did get kinda jipped, though, because the 26% Heal Mastery means nothing on a lightning charm - can you imagine the price if it had been a heal charm? Yeesh.

actually, the heal mastery is very nice for a solo mage. that's a big boost onto the heal charm, even enough to balance out the decrease in efficiency from being in the acc slot.

Good fucking job slashers almost 150 gp's keep it up!
