ISO opinions from you casters

Whats most effective charm for WELLING. Trying to decide on ee% and type of charm to get for use on my weller mage.

Currently is a lvl 50 150ee ice on MP for 1800 isthat good?

I got to level 10, new charm now wooohoooo

I was being kind of selfish a week ago or so saying i was just gonna mooch other peoples gear to level.
Well, my new plan now is to just buy my own so i have my own set.
