You need 5 people with the same objectives left to activate the MM
That is my understanding...

So... by the time you get your person to level 70, you should only have:
Face of Evil & No Maze No More

Before ANYONE enters the catacomb, the group should be all together first, then you enter

PLEASE NOTE: I am not 100% certain about the process, but I THINK I maybe correct... only 3 objectives can be activated per time... so when you only have 2 showing, you should be able to get the third one.
