Staff WAS: 62.36 % / NOW 53.53

That is way more than fucking 10% loss... I know... I am Monk... so it is like 20%

This is what happens when you drop your dmg for more Magic Luck ...
I changed staff from 4 ML to staff with 6 ML (9 ML to 11 ML)
And then went welling... mind you... I should have invested 40fg on a better level 15 Focus heal... using 42%ee on Acc
MP 7X% ee... Ohhh well... now I know I should buy the focus... even though to me it is WAY OVERPRICED AS FUCK
