i got 2 rooms with 49,3 suqaremeter and balcony

i recently bought an apartment in gothenburg, 54m2, balcony ofc, 2 rooms, its in huge need of renovation so it will get an extreme makeover, ill make sure to give u guys some before and after pics

nice, what do you pay for it per month?
i pay 290 euro warm ( so all costs inclusive, energy, water ect. )

Dunno how to explain, not sure if u got this system everywhere but i own my apartment, each apartment owner in the house pays a monthly fee which pays for: water, heat, changes of the building, cleaning of stairs, paint jobs and many other things, so i pay a rent of 240€ a month, on top of that i loaned to buy the apartment, it cost me ~155k € so my total monthly cost is ~750 €....quite expensive but its right in the center of the 2nd biggest city of sweden...so i cant complain, it costs to be a baller

oh alright. so you bought the apartment and have to payback the credit for it, right? this makes sence and in some years you paid the whole apartment i guess and you just got to pay the 240 then
