Would that be the type of event I'm looking for before I re-roll?
If so, is there a xx% that is the highest it will allow? Like +50% item stats or whatever it may be would be the highest the game gives during the bonus events?

Magic luck is weird. For some people events like these give better rolls. Other people get the good stuff when we don’t have an event. And 90% get cràp with or without the event
