Just bought a new charm that I hope will get me to 40

Is my gear good for lvl 20

I'd say that you need to improve your armor and charm. You should be able to find something good with 35fg.

Which stats is good for a rogue armor and charm ?

if your going to use daggers, I suggest getting dex gear.

675 is my top damage, with 60 being lowest

Not bad at all. When you reach lvl 40, try to upgrade your armor and wep to 40 int or close to that much. Keep upgrading your charm every 10 levels.

Would I be wise spending 150-175fg on this for lvl 45

I'll crawl to 45 with my current charm, but i only have 288fg and no way to get more until after i mq, and i still have to upgrade armor/wep to 40int ish

That charm can get you to the mq, but it will take along time.
