Oh sweet. Only 2 and a quarter hours late for this answer.

A BJ in NZ will cost you anywhere from $30 - $250.
It depends upon your negotiation skills, if it's in a brothel (legal = tax + overpay for safety and cleanliness) or a street corner (illegal. Gross) and other such factors. From my experience, it is always worth it to pay the extra if you are hell bent upon paying for said services.

If you have an ounce of dignity though, just use your skanky US accent and the chicks over here will be pushing you over and racing you to the ground ;)

Most will even buy you a drink afterwards if you play your cards right.
