For starters i'd go 10 vita, and the rest goes into intel. Lee goes like 5 vita and rest intel. The vita just helps you from dying. Lee died like a billion times last climb.
Basic mage gear is intel weap (dagger or staff, daggers are cheaper though), intel robe, ee attack charm in main slot and ee heal charm in acc slot. The first 15 lvls I usually use a max mana weap/robe because you mana pool kind of sucks. Then I go back to intel gear.

Its changed alot from last time i slashed... Before if you put more than 5 base vita, you would run out of mana on wells allot @@

Now if you don't put like 10 in you die like 100 times like lee did last climb.

I was soloing 3 evils at the same time at level 60+
