We're going by GP ATTEMPT ONLY

this also won't discourage players into playing feeder only for easy gps
but by going by attempts, you're more likely to continue your class if you have the gear to do so ;)

so everything is the same other than the monthly incentive going by ATTEMPTS, not guild points attained.
