Nah, not even close. Similar level 45 daggers are on MP atm for 125-180, which is pretty much what you'd get for it.

great armor for all melee chars! int help alot because high lvl mobs are almost always casters! (thats why melee chars take so much dmg @ high lvls (so less int but VS caster))
