Supposebly if u sweat alot it helps get rid of it faster.

chillin around i guess use tamiflu and paracetamol :D

The problem with that is that i get a massive headache from running :S Tried it yesterday while walking the dogs.

U dont have to run. use blankets and sweat that way.
