How do Laby members feel about a new charter/emblem?

Alright, per Rew's request we are looking for opinions on this new and updated charter for the guild... including a new guild avatar located in the middle (will have one for users if they wish as well as a small one to replace the current guild avatar).

Please keep in mind that this is not a finished piece - there will be more to add - we are just looking for thoughts before I finish it up as we want to make sure everyone is down for a graphical update to the guild. :)

Post up and let us know thoughts/edits/suggestions etc! (best viewed on PC since it is a large image).
