but hey i found a way to raise proff!!!

get a nice EE scale or chain or plate lvl 10 or 15 or 20, with life per attack, get a random bad tier 1 weapon with life per attack, and a charm with the most life per attack as possible

then sumon a monster of ur lvl, click him, and go afk 2-3hours,

if you use a ee scale or mail or plate ull loose almost no hp, and that little hp lost will be covered by the LPA

i would do this if i wasnt a monk...

u can.... but it will be less effective

get a lvl 1 charm so it dont take alot of mana, get mana per attk gear and ee armor, there u go ^^

or find dual lpa and mpa stuff ^^

if you dont attack within a few seconds LS logs you out.
