yea i understand and its amazing how we turn our worst gametype into one of our best ones
edit:both links show us winning though. unless u mean setting up and stuff then ya the koth construct game was the better of the 2
The point I'm trying to illustrate is that my mood doesn't affect our output, the determining factor in us being able to blow people out of the water, let alone win, hinges on our ability to play
our gameI feel like our game is sitting back, not making any big waves the first few minutes of the game, and trying to extend every game to 15 minutes, and in that, allowing other teams to get caught up in the game and start making mistakes.
I will give a quick breakdown of how our team usually functions, depending on our makeup on any given night, when we're going with the succinct four players. (Spencer, Myself, You/Mike, Brandon/Brandon)
Flag Pit -- High Win Pct, when we play shutdown defense with powerup/weapon control
Slayer Pit -- This is a push, we win when it's 15 minutes, we lose when it's over fast
Ball Lockdown -- Low Win Pct, we veto because we don't know how to play 15 minutes on this
Flag Onslaught -- Exactly the same as above
Slayer Amplified -- This is a push, we win slow games, we lose fast games
Ball Guardian -- Exactly the same as Onslaught/Lockdown
Slayer Guardian -- Exactly the same as Pit
Slayer Construct -- Slow games where multiple customs/rockets opportunities results in wins
KOTH Construct -- Easy wins on slow games, our setups set precedent, we always win on last hill
Flag Narrows -- The only gametype we can hold a lead on when we take an early lead, still a slow favorite game
Slayer Narrows -- The only Slayer gametype where we can run and gun and still hold a high win percentage
When they take off Lockdown, and both Guardian gametypes, and we develop a Heretic game that we run (that's similar to our Construct Slayer game), we really will have a team that when sticking to our developed playstyle, can literally win every single true game that we play.
