Nev, I think those rules are a good idea, not sure on the 30-60 day bit, I would probably go in between, no reason they can't make one climb in 45 days, even if you have no FG its still easily done.

I totally agree that if you are going away, you should let someone know, unless of course it's an emergency and those situations are different.

All in all, good ideas.  Should help make the guild a more tight knit group, as well as keep out the bottom feeders... 

I am one of those people who have this topic tracked lol... its easier to get here haha!
