Your Graphic card also should be 128Mb.
On desktop u should only have shortcuts to Folders, Having folders on your desktop will consume a little more ram but i dont think that's the problem anyway

i get a 128 graphic card and no folders on my deskup, only shortcuts...

I had that problem once, openened it up, cleaned it up, and then it was fine

I guess that didn't work out either.

What browser do you use ?
Do your computer fans go crazy (overclocking) ?
Does your CPU usage go crazy ?(Go in Task Manager)
Did you allow enough local storage in your Flash settings ?

Don't know what else I could ask..
