I would say skilling can be quite profitable over on hardcore. Might want to consider skilling on a different character than the one you climb on though. It would surely suck to die and lose all those profs in addition to your items

So, it took me 8 levels to find a well to fish in last night. I had a 16 durability Oak fishing rod and a 31 durability fishing rod (both Oak) to fish with. Lagged and lost first rod after catching maybe 8 fish. Was doing a little better with the other until......."you have been disconnected from ladder slasher". Was finally able to log back in after like 5 minutes and of course the 31 durability rod was gone as well. Long story short, 2 rods, caught maybe 40 total fish That's 7 straight rods lost due to lag or disconnect. Fishing rocks
