It's getting awful. I can barely stay out of the house for 2-3 hours at a time before I get completely exhausted. Was awake for 3-4 hours in the middle of the night, doing nothing. More pain, more pain killers. Went back to sleep, woke up an hour ago, already in pain. More painkillers. Shit is getting really, really old. To be honest, I don't even really care what happens at school anymore, I can't really do any of my work at this rate anyway.
I try to avoid sleep when I'm injured or ill or whatever.
Its apparently proven that sleep helps and what not cause it helps your body recover faster, but once you wake up, its like the pain is starting all over again and reborn. I would just stay up and do something you enjoy to keep your mind away from that manner and drink plenty of liquids, and before you know it you'll be all good.
