yep jordan as seann said, its true, the best items drop on lvl 70 (its the last lvl that mobs can spawn, there are no 71 and above mobs) so if we have patience and kill a lot in that lvl for sure we find the best items
but u have to be careful, once i was doing this and i accidentaly level, keep an eye on ur xp bar sweety

Cardoors32 makes them, ragnark makes them too, however getting them to actually make you one is hard. Could try posting in the gfx section on jsp that you want a Dynamic LS sig
