i can pm them, it looks like only 2 mods are for this section, and both dont answer

They go in order of the posts that are in there, so sometimes it takes a day or two or more before they can get to you. Just be patient and keep bumping your topic when you can, sooner or later they will get it figured out. PM'ing usually won't help, they will just tell you to post in the S/A forum.
