Well, basically, it was supposed to relate to all audiences. It had more attractive younger people, witty comments, ironic scenes which created laughter.
Also, they basically made it so they can change every single other star trek show, because they had a guy who changed the past, and it was crazy.
Definitely set themselves up for more Star Trek movies.
If they take it in a good direction, that's cool, but if they're planning on being
completely ridiculous, like the guys for Terminator, then they should be shot.
The guys who are doing Terminator, the new one, should never have even
completed the filming, let alone take it to theaters, without Arnold. Arnold made
the first several movies a complete success, and to continue on without him is
sacrilege. They should have left the series where it was. Unfortunately, the
hunger for more money is pretty powerful, which, I'm sure, is why they continued.
I'm sure Christian Bale is a good actor, but the movie, in my opinion, is going to
be shit. The first time I hear of someone other than Arnold walking in saying
"I'll be back," I'm going to flip shit. I'm talking BIG time.
Any one else have an opiion on this?
