There's only 3 solutions i can see.

1) We shrined it.
2) It's "hidden" on a char(that bug where you can't see the item but it's there..)
3) We're fuggin blind (went through all chars multiple times)

As for #2, to my understanding if you log out and log back in the items reappear. So if that didn't work than it isn't #2
