I don;t mind lending/borrowing my gear to people that I know in the guild (as other guildies do this too sometimes), so that;s my way of helping.
edit: I don't want to seem like a negative nancy either, so maybe I will give it some thought.
I don;t really like the idea of just throwing free gear to people either, because often times, people just make mutli-accounts and take gear, play the game and quit soon, etc.
Stuff like this has been done in the past, while it can be helpful...often times it has been just a "waste of time and effort".
I have been playing this game for years, on and off because I enjoy it. I enjoy my friends and guildies. It;s a simple, fun, yet addicting game.

I always post mine in the private topic, in the GC, and I keep track of my ticket #'s in my personal d2jsp notepad.
This way there are no errors or mistakes for me
