this shouldnt be more than 5k, worthless to me

the LS is Nerfed, its intel based basicly for casters only.

Isn't ls nerfed that hard anymore oO?

but at this low lvl it's worthless anyway ...

HH useable
dex/int = gg for hybrid and the int alone on the charm is sexi for casters
max life = awesome for lvl 0-30 with that amount
9 ls = very nice add and LS aint nerfed as u saying it is. Its not 9 LS each hit as before, its "nerfed" to be 1-9LS per hit.

was thinking that maybe i was wrong about the charm but there is somebody here that sees it the same way I do but not willing to pay that much for my intent to use as a max life charm

no LS is also Capped at per lvl too
meaning only 1% will work for it

u can hybrid, but 13 dex is WAY to low... not even good, only thing good is for casters but if it was mana it would be gg..

its worthless to me, u guys may like it but really its not so great
