Rare fine alloy chain mail
Level Req: 20
Defense: 21 to 52

+35 Dexterity
+3 Life Regen


Mystical heal VIII
Level Req: 25
Heals: 38 to 101
Mana Cost: 75

+38 Strength
+4% Mind Numb
+4% Quick Draw


Rare heal IX
Level Req: 30
Heals: 91 to 242
Mana Cost: 85

+112% Enhanced Effect
+1% Damage Return

And stats:
Strength: 98
Dexterity: 65
Intelligence: 64

What should I upgrade to make this a bit better?
I realize the wep isn't exactly gg but would say a 140+ ee make a big difference?

By far the most valuable piece of equipment I've ever purchased for LS is a headset. I swear it's like you automatically get double your normal chains!

but yeah, i would definitely say the weapon, having 20+ more ee makes a big difference. could always upgrade the heal to higher ee as well.
