just found a 5 mana regen level 15 charm =D. Exactly what i needed have mana regen for armor/weapon (3/3). And now charm =D

I''m 37, grinding with low intel armor, plain 35 charm, and i gotta use an EE weapon xD cause I'm rogue caster and mana is a bitch lol

Do rouge casters need dex or int armor?

dex when lvl 1-20 melee lvling but all points into intel
