for ladder reset, Mq has to be completed with all secret characters (pala - monk - ninja - samurai - warlock - alchemist) right?
i don't see any alchemists in the ladderrankings on LS, so reset can be quite a while away no?

Yep, reset requires the unlocking of all the secret chars, and then the final char needs to pass lvl 43 now (mage--the paladin is in his 20s), gonna lvl soon
