Why do you say a set of 12 but your supposed to do 20 of each?
You do a set of 20 pushups, and then immediately flip over and do a set of 20 situps.
Immediately after the situps, flip back over and do a set of 19 pushups, and then 19 situps.
18 and 18
17 and 17
16 and 16
15 and 15
14 and 14
13 and 13
12 and 12
so on, and so on.
Its a grand total of 210 of each with next to no break between them.
