When I bought the guild in May of 2009, we had four little guild points. Thanks to many people, past and present, we are sitting at the top of page two with 814 guild points. Yes, this guild has earned 810 guild points!!

Excitement abounds in the ladder slasher camp of Ancient Blood. The climb has not been easy. Our members have spent countless hours climbing, often putting family and sleep aside.

We are at a very critical point. There are numerous guilds ahead of us that continue to build guild points each day. To get to page one and remain there, we need a solid push over the next two weeks. Once we reach page one, the only way to drop off the page is for other guilds to bump us.
I feel once we get to at least the third guild from the bottom of page one, we are safe.

With this in mind, I ask a favor. I need each ladder slasher player to get on board and make the next two weeks a record setting event. We had 57 points last week. There were several passes. We need attempts out the wazzoo.

I suggest trying to climb those feeder classes, sammies, pallies, and monks. The likelihood of passing our monks and ninjas are not as great as passing a lower class. We all know more doors equal a higher percentage of failure. Yes, the rewards of passing those classes are great; however, the success rate is low.

I have always been an advocate of slashing when you can, spend time with family, and enjoying your stay at AB. We are in a different and unique position now. The guild is so close to acheiving the primary goal I have ever had.....page 1 and all it's fame and fortune.

Please consider getting on board with us. I know the D2 reset has taken some of our active slashers time for a period. I know real life has it's demands.

Bottom line, the guild is only as strong as it's weakest link. Please make a deliberate effort in pushing us to page one and into a comfortable position there.

First night back on LS since Wednesday I guess.
Thought I would get maze on my lvl 1 monk. Turns out, I fell into a killer group. Next thing I know, I am 21. Then before I could turn around, I was 30.

Wouldnt you know, we get all four of the main quest then up pops Ambush! Ofc, I died once; however, we killed them. My first time ever doing that quest. Dont know what I ended up with but after a couple were dead, it was cake......why? I was in a group with Sparkle and ANTC from Unfair Advantage, Xfacter from Labby, and a fellow from Diversified, I think.

We hit the Seven Shamans and in two or three casts, they disappeared. I couldnt believe my eyes.

Great group, perhaps unlike any I have ever been in as far as damage being dealt. 10:40 here and I am out.


Cal aka Slowsi sent me 200fg while I was gone. He told me to give it to the guild in the form of a contest. I am going to give some a little at a time. I will post up the particulars tomorrow in the guild topic. If you dont have the link or go there often, I suggest you start!!
