This is typical... I have Rank 9 in Focus Heal... and look what I find:

Rare focused heal III
Heals: 46 to 55
Mana Cost: 21
+60% Enhanced Effect
+1 Critical Strike

Got to love perfect EE... :lol:

Or just don't bother, because you shouldn't need to heal below level 10 anyways. certainly not below 5.

No... that is normally the correct thing to do...
I gained my 1st Rank in Focus by doing Catacombs (by myself...) at level 1 until I completed the maze... and the heal came in very handy...
Some people do the darndest things.

+43% Enhanced Effect

:rofl: pity those were not higher level charms... (being with perfect EE or very High EE)
